I met Alayna when we were 13 or 14… I will never forget when she walked into the classroom and we just became friends immediately. She was always so kind and intentional with our friendship. We have so many memories walking to Walmart after school, sleepovers on the week nights (which as a kid was the coolest thing ever!), laying on the trampoline in her backyard looking at the stars, hanging at friends house talking and enjoying each other’s company, swimming on hot Arizona days, high school graduation, college parties, her dancing her heart out at my wedding (naturally the life of the party), simply celebrating life in itself.
